Our large lobby has a functioning kitchen attached and our stage space can support up to 50 performers with a house size of 174. We offer flexible fees depending on the amount of time you are looking to rent, the amount of space you are interested in, and your non-profit status. See details below.

Costumes
We are proud to house one of the largest costume collections in northern New England. We frequently rent costumes to area theaters, schools, and companies.
